All prices include VAT AND postage/packing.
If you don’t want to order online, that’s fine, just give the office a ring on 0114-2550836. We are open 0930 to 1600 Monday to Thursday and on most Friday mornings from 0930 to 1300.
If you want to order stuff online then you will be asked to create a Bongoland Shop account. You should not use your log in details for the members area of the main website.
By placing an order with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, a full copy of which is available on request. But to save you wading through the legal jargon, here is a summary:
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to stipulate the correct delivery address.
- Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled unless agreed by both parties
- If goods are returned undelivered, and a re-delivery is arranged, a fee may be payable.
- If goods are sent “on invoice”, then payment must be made within 28 days. Interest may be charged for late payment.
- Non receipt of goods must be reported within 10 working days of the order being placed.
- In the event of non-receipt of goods, the seller’s liability shall be limited to the cost of the goods.
- If there are any defects in quality or condition, the buyer must return the goods within 14 days of delivery.
- If goods are not received as scheduled, then the seller has the right not to issue a replacement until compensatory payment has been made by the courier.
- On receipt of goods it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that everything has been received. A signature should only be given to the courier once goods have been checked.
Postage & packing is included in the price quoted. Usually, orders received by 12 noon are dispatched the next working day. Orders received after 12 noon are dispatched within 2 working days. Depending on the weight and destination of the consignment, we use Royal Mail, TNT, Parcelforce or DPD. A signature may be required. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you want something in a hurry, use the Express Delivery service.
If you need delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland, there may be a supplement payable. See here for details.

If you are ordering from outside the UK then please email us (email@example.com) or phone (+44-114-2550836) to discuss postage costs and Sales Tax. We use Royal Mail for items under 1 kg, Fedex or UPS for everything else.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014), you can return any goods, for any reason, within 14 days of receiving them. If you wish to return goods, please try and ensure that they are in the original packaging. You must include a copy of the original delivery note. Please note that you can only return tents or awnings if they have not been used. You are responsible for postage charges. All goods returned must be in re-sale condition, otherwise no refund can be given. Refunds will be made via the original payment system, i.e. credit/debit card, Paypal/Nochex or cheque.
Under the Consumer Rights Act (2015), faulty goods, goods of inferior quality, or goods received that are “not as described” can be returned within 30 days. A replacement will be issued, or if that is not possible a full refund will be given. If you wish to return goods, you must include a copy of the original delivery note. We will refund your postage charges, which should be the cheapest service available. Use Royal Mail for items under 2kgs, an online Parcel brokers for items above this weight. Refunds will be made via the original payment system, i.e. credit/debit card, Paypal/Nochex or cheque.
After 30 days have elapsed, and a fault becomes apparent on the goods supplied (not including poles for tents or awnings which are exempt from the legislation) then “Repair or Replace” will apply. See details on the Which consumer website here.
All prices quoted in our shop include postage. Unless we are really busy, orders are usually dispatched the next working day. To guarantee your goods arrive the next working day, you can pay an Express Delivery Supplement of 10 Pounds. Orders must be received by 12 noon to qualify for this service. Not available for Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight or Isle of Man.

Unfortunately there are supplements for items delivered to the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands & Islands. Therefore, if you order any of the following items, a £10 supplement will be payable. Goods will take an extra day to arrive.
