Bongo Fury, the Mazda Bongo and Ford Freda Owners Club, was formed in 2003 and has 2000 + paid up members. Bongoland is the website of the club shop but is open to non-members. Club members receive a 12.5% discount. Both Bongo Fury and Bongoland are owned and operated by Maynards of Westwick Ltd company registration number 6408483 VAT registration 856446592.


How To Order

If you don’t want to order online, that’s fine, just give the office a ring on 0114-2550836. We are open 0930 to 1230 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

If you want to order stuff online then you will be asked to create a Bongoland Shop account. You should not use your log in details for the members area of the main website.

By placing an order with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, a full copy of which is available on request. But to save you wading through the legal jargon, here is a summary:


      • It is the responsibility of the buyer to stipulate the correct delivery address.
      • Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled unless agreed by both parties
      • Goods can be returned for any reason within 7 days for a full refund.
      • If goods are returned undelivered, and a re-delivery is arranged, a fee may be payable.
      • If goods are sent “on invoice”, then payment must be made within 28 days. Interest may be charged for late payment.
      • Non receipt of goods must be reported within 10 working days of the order being placed.
      • In the event of non-receipt of goods, the seller’s liability shall be limited to the cost of the goods.
      • If there are any defects in quality or condition, the buyer must return the goods within 28 days of delivery.
      • If goods are not received as scheduled, then the seller has the right not to issue a replacement until compensatory payment has been made by the courier.
      • On receipt of goods it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that everything has been received. A signature should only be given to the courier once goods have been checked.

Data Protection & Privacy

We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (Ref Z1855085) and fully conform to the required data legislation including the GDPR of May 2018. When you join the club, use the Bongo Fury Forum, or purchase goods from our Bongoland Shop, we will automatically store data about you. This is restricted to the information supplied at the time of the transaction and may include name, address, delivery address (if different), email address, contact telephone number, order history, and vehicle details. No further data is stored or collected. We do not store financial information online as we use third party payment providers. Your personal information will never be released to a third party unless we are required to do so by law or acquisition. You have a right to request all information we hold about you, and a right to have your data deleted.  A full copy of our Terms & Conditions of Sale is available on request  in a variety of formats.

Bongo Fury Members Discount

Club members receive a 12.5% discount off the shown prices. To qualify for the discount you must enter this month’s coupon code. This was emailed to all members. If you can’t find it please email [email protected] quoting your membership number or home postcode.

All prices include VAT AND standard postage. Express delivery options are available at checkout.

Delivery Options

Standard postage is included in the price quoted. Usually, orders received by 11.30 are dispatched the next working day (not Fridays) but if possible we will send lighter items out the same day by Royal Mail. Depending on the weight and destination of the consignment, we use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS or Evri. A signature may be required. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

If you want something in a hurry, use the Express Delivery option at checkout. If orders are received by 11.30 they will be dispatched the same day for delivery next working day, although please note that we are now a part time operation and the office is only open on Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If you need delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland, there may be a supplement payable. See here for details.

Our Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can return any goods, for any reason, within 7 days of receiving them. If you wish to return goods, please try and ensure that they are in the original packaging. You must include a copy of the original delivery note. Please note that you can only return tents or awnings if they have not been removed from the box. You are responsible for postage charges. All goods returned must be in re-saleable condition, otherwise no refund can be given. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Under the Sale of Goods Act, faulty goods, or goods received that are “not as described” can be returned within 28 days. A replacement will be issued, or if that is not possible a full refund will be given. If you wish to return goods, you must include a copy of the original delivery note. We will refund your postage charges, which should be the cheapest service available. Use Royal Mail for items under 2 kg, an online Parcel brokers for items above this weight. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Ordering From Outside the United Kingdom

If placing an order from outside the UK please place your order online and then follow up with an email to [email protected] so we can tell you how much the postage will be. We will then recalculate your payment and take any VAT refund in to account.

Because transportation of vehicle parts is subject to strict controls we can not ship to anywhere in Europe apart from Ireland, Austria, Switzerland and Italy.

We can ship elsewhere to the rest of world including Australasia and North America please email us ([email protected]) or phone (+44-114-2550836) to discuss options. We have an EORI number for customs clearance. No VAT is charged on international orders. The receiver is responsible for payment of any duty, tax or handling fees. We use a variety of courier companies depending on dimensions, weight and destination.

Postage Supplements

If ordering goods that have a total weight of 2 kg or more a £10 supplement is payable for items delivered to the postcodes below. Goods will take an extra day to arrive. Please note that parcels sent to Northern Ireland may be subject to customs duty and/or inspection fees. These are the responsibility of the puchaser.
