Mazda Bongo Starter Motor 2.5TD – It will start your engine (the clue was in the product title really). Please ensure you order the correct part.
Note: This is a reconditioned part and comes with a 12 month waranty. A £65 surcharge is included which will be refunded to you when you send back your old starter motor. Instructions will be sent with your order.
Type 1 is for all Series 1, Series 2 and Series 3 diesel Bongos with a single starter battery.
Type 2 is for all Series 1, Series 2 and Series 3 diesel Bongos with two starter batteries (the “cold weather” system). If you have this switch on the dash you have a cold start system and 2 vehicle batteries.
It will not fit new shape Bongos.
